Meet Penelope

With a public career spanning over two decades, Penelope Jean Hayes has become a trusted mentor for those navigating the complexities of life. From 2007 to 2013, Penelope was the go-to publicist for many celebrities. She has a talent for understanding people and their goals and challenges and speaking succinctly to issues. As an on-camera host and popular culture analyst for ABC News in Charleston, South Carolina, from 2009 to 2014, she shared her insights with a broader audience. Her warmth and relatability resonated with viewers, making her a beloved figure in popular culture.

In 2020, Penelope authored the best-selling self-help book The Magic of Viral Energy, where she shared her groundbreaking insights into the energy dynamics that influence our lives and relationships. Her ability to distill complex concepts into practical advice has made her a sought-after expert on shows like The Dr. Phil Show. Dr. Phil McGraw himself praised her, saying, "Penelope, you are very good!"

In addition, Penelope has interviewed leaders in the United States Air Force and the North American Aerospace Defence Command. With her years of experience on-camera as a host, she was cast as a Presenter for the unscripted television series Strange Evidence (Science Channel) in 2022, although the series was put on hold prior to filming due to budget.

My Why

It comes down to my own story and what I've learned along the way.

My passion is to empower and "tool-up" people who feel lost, lonely, or unfulfilled—like I once was, before I figured out the key to turning all that around.

For me, it took hitting rock bottom one New Year's Eve of my singlehood youth, when I was crying in turmoil on my bathroom floor, holding the side of the tub and eyeing it for what it could be used for.

Instead, that night I made a different choice and then wrote in my journal, "I'm going to drill through the rock of this tomb and then share how I did it."

A few months later, I changed everything in my life: I quit my job and moved to Nashville where I immediately began meditating daily in a nearby forest.

My career had been in public relations, so the minute my feet hit the ground in Nashville, I began a business in publicity and represented Country music artists, and also many, many stars from ABC's The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

My daily meditation practice worked on me like a medicine and opportunities were opening up everywhere. Not only did I begin to feel much happier; but I also intuited a system of creative energy while sitting still and surrounded by the forest and its animals. I had always been a journaler and a writer, so, I wrote while in the forest. Over time, those notes became the bestselling book, The Magic of Viral Energy.

Soon, I was running a new business around my trademarked "viralenology" method and appearing regularly on network television. And, I met and married my husband, Burton.

Today, we live in South Florida. Burt has been building luxury homes for decades and today we are co-owners of a home building business. 

I have learned, and teach through my books and courses, how to have a baseline of "rooted happiness" and I know how to realign with all that I love to do, be, and have.

I want the same for you. And, I know that when people elevate their consciousness, they simply no longer have a reward response with low thoughts and behaviors. All of those reasons are my "why" and mission.

Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean you have to stay there. So, break free and start living your fulfilling life with unapologetic confidence.
